Turk's is located on M-52, one mile south of Perry and the I-69 expressway exit, exit # 105. 

New 2nd location in Lake Odessa, MI @ 3960 Jordan Lake street.  located short distance from Lansing, MI and our pricing is much less than the lansing area.

We have 388 units in Perry. Building sizes range from 30' x 100' to 40' x 100'. Rentals range from 5' x 10' to 10' x 40' and new 12' wide units available in 12' x 20' or 12' x 40'.  Our newest building in March-2021 is 11' high with doors 10' high.  sizes vary and we have two units that are 15' x 40'

We recently completed a new 100' x 40' building which will allow drive-through access.

Our storage units are Trachte steel buildings with raised concrete flooring and roll-up overhead doors

• Door sizes 7' h x 9' w and 8' h x 10' w
• Newer buildings are  9' h (versus industry standard of 8' high) and allows for 8' h doors (versus 7'h), new building in March-2021 with 11' high walls and taller doors
• We provide locks
• Our 12' x 20' & 12' x 40' units have 10' wide doors making it easier to get vehicles and boats in and out
• 25' and 30' foot wide drives for easy unloading/loading access
• Only a $30.00 refundable security deposit
• we also offer cardboard boxes and packing supplies along with plastic storage boxes that can be rented by the week.

In our lake odessa facility we offer outside storage of rv's, some are in fenced in areas and others in open parking (crushed asphalt parking) .  Outside storage is $40.00 per month and easy access to get in and out.  We also have an electric walk behind tow dolly to manuever your rv in the parking area of into a storage building.      

In October 2022 we purchased storage facility at 3650 E. Grand River in Williamston (this is only 9 miles from our Perry location) this facility has inside storage and a nice area for outside RV parking.  This facility is completely fenced in with electronic gate access.
